The role is predominantly based in Leicester, with occasional travel to other company sites when required. ## Description Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an IT Support Technician for its Leicester site. This is a varied, hands-on role providing technical support across several areas of the business, covering hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365 and core business systems. A key element of the position will be supporting and administering the company's ERP system, ideally JDE / JD Edwards, alongside resolving day-to-day IT issues and contributing to wider infrastructure and IT projects.
