Backlog Management * Own and manage the product backlog. * Define and prioritize Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. * Ensure backlog refinement and readiness for sprint planning. * Balance business priorities, technical debt, and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Management * Collaborate with business users, customers, senior leadership, and technology teams. * Act as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams. * Facilitate requirement workshops and product discussions. * Manage stakeholder expectations and product outcomes. Agile Delivery * Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams. * Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups. * Provide clarifications and business decisions during sprint execution. * Ensure successful delivery of product increments. Banking Product Management * Define and enhance banking products and customer journeys. * Drive digital transformation initiatives across banking platforms. * Ensure compliance with banking regulations and governance standards. * Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
