This varied role supports the administration of every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee records management, preparing contracts and correspondence, as well as regular HR reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting their HR systems, including their HR Information System, Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System. The impact you will have As part of their People, Digital and Organisational Development team, you will help ensure colleagues receive a high-quality HR service that is accurate, compliant and responsive.
