Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: * Ability to travel - up to 20% domestic and international * Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25lb. The Service Architecture Lead is responsible for defining and governing service architecture for software-enabled products to ensure they are deployable, maintainable, recoverable, diagnosable, and service-ready across the full product lifecycle. This role translates system-level service strategy into standards, requirements, reusable procedures, and service offerings that can be executed by engineering teams, service teams, and implementation resources across new product development and on-market products. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, GSRE Upstream & Automation and is part of Global Service engineering department located in Portsmouth, UK or Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. What you will do: * Define and maintain service architecture standards, design patterns, and guardrails across software-enabled products.
