This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you'll play a key role in embedding AI and automation into everyday business operations, delivering meaningful improvements that scale across the organisation. ## Description Process Discovery & Solution Design * Partner with Revenue Operations to understand, map and analyse existing business processes. * Identify automation opportunities, prioritising work based on business value, effort and risk. * Design practical solutions using the most appropriate technology and automation tools. * Document solutions, workflows and exception handling processes., * Build, test and deploy workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot Suite and Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. * Develop AI-enabled solutions using Claude and Kaizan.AI, including prompt engineering and workflow integration. * Build task-specific AI agents and reusable AI capabilities that can be deployed across the organisation. * Create and maintain integrations between CRM, finance, reporting and other business systems. * Develop scripts and lightweight applications using Python, TypeScript or similar technologies when low-code tools are not sufficient. * Monitor, maintain and continuously improve solutions once deployed. Adoption & Continuous Improvement * Support users through training, guidance and troubleshooting. * Promote AI best practices and share reusable knowledge, prompts and automation assets. * Measure and report business benefits, including time savings, adoption rates and error reduction.
