## About the Role

* Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk roles.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
 * Experience in configuring laptops and desktop devices.
 * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
 * Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure/Entra ID, and working within an educational environment.

## Description

We are seeking three experienced IT Support Contractors to join our team during one of the busiest periods of the academic year. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth start to the term by supporting student enrolment, deploying IT equipment, and providing top-notch IT support to both staff and students. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to make an immediate impact, this position is for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

 * Support student enrolment and induction activities.
 * Build, configure, and deploy Windows laptops and desktops.
 * Provide first and second-line IT support.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
 * Set up classrooms, teaching spaces, and end-user equipment.
 * Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user account administration.
 * Assist with device rollouts, asset management, and various IT projects.
