* Sicherstellung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für Anwender eines Laborinformationssystems (LIS)
 * Betrieb, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des LIS inkl. Systemkonfiguration und Benutzerverwaltung
 * End-to-End-Betreuung der laborseitigen Workflows im LIS
 * Mitarbeit in Integrations- und Schnittstellenprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Anbindung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Analysegeräte
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Gerätestammdaten und Schnittstellenparametern zur Sicherstellung der Daten- und Prozessqualität
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen sowie Schulungsunterlagen
