Your primary responsibility will be to turn complex technical knowledge into clear, practical, and accessible content. Drawing on your senior-level development experience, you will research, understand, and explain topics related to PHP performance, profiling, and operations - with a slight focus on Magento 2 or Shopware 6 ecosystems. You will expand Tideways' expertise in these areas and share it with our customers and the wider PHP community through in-depth blog posts, technical guides, and direct customer communication and workshops. You will be instrumental for us in improving the quality, depth, reach, and frequency of our technical content while ensuring that even highly complex performance issues are explained in a way that is easy to understand and act upon. This is a role for a senior software developer who is comfortable investigating unfamiliar technical problems, quickly developing a deep understanding of them, and communicating the results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
