## Description

* Verantwortlich für die Einführung und das Go-Live unserer Softwarelösungen
 * Schulung von zukünftigen Anwendern im Rahmen von Projekten
 * Kundenberatung hinsichtlich der optimalen Nutzung unserer Software und Anpassungen im Rahmen der Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten
 * Betrachtung und Bewertung von Produktionsabläufen, Datenflüssen und Aufbauorganisationen
 * Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften sowie Grob- und Feinkonzepten zur digitalen Abbildung der Fertigungsprozesse
 * Fachliche Unterstützung des Projektmanagers in allen Projektphasen
 * Schnittstelle für anfallende Individualisierungswünsche der Kunden und deren Umsetzung durch unser Softwareentwicklungsteam
 * Begleitung von Kundenworkshops im Rahmen der Projektanbahnung
