 * Administration von Storage-, Backup- und Recovery-Systemen im Unternehmensumfeld
 * Planung und Implementierung neuer Storage- und Backup-Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen einschließlich Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen
 * Steuerung des verantworteten Servicebereichs unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Verfügbarkeit
 * Durchführung komplexer administrativer Tätigkeiten sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierungen im Storage- und Backup-Umfeld
