## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und -Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Vor-Ort-, Telefon- und Remotesupport
 * Bearbeitung und gegebenenfalls Weiterleitung von Störungen und Anfragen im Rahmen eines internationalen Service-Desks
 * Mitwirkung bei Infrastrukturarbeiten im Rechenzentrum sowie bei Projekten an verschiedenen Standorten
 * Durchführung der Aufgaben nach festgelegten Service-Management-Prozessen auf Basis gängiger Standards (z. B. ITIL, ISO20000)
