## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT Support

## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern
 * Annahme, Vorbereitung und Übergabe von Endgeräten an Transportdienstleister
 * Analyse und Fehlerdiagnose von Hard und Softwareproblemen
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung technischer Störungen sowie gemeinsame Lösungsfindung im Team
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im Onsite Support
 * Einschätzung und Zuordnung von Supportanfragen sowie Einbindung spezialisierter Fachbereiche
 * Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Hard und Software Rollouts
 * Arbeiten mit zentralen Softwareverteilungssystemen
 * Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten und Arbeitszeiten im Servicemanagementsystem sowie in eDLN
