## Description

Unterstütze uns als IT-Supporter (m/w/d) im First Level und löse spannende IT-Herausforderungen in Windows-Umgebungen.
Tätigkeiten

 * Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im First- und Second-Level, primär Remote
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in Windows-Umgebungen
 * Du betreust Clients, User:innen und Standardanwendungen
 * Du arbeitest bei Migrationen mit und setzt eigene kleinere IT-Projekte um
 * Du dokumentierst und verfolgst im Ticketsystem nach
 * Du unterstützt bei der Administration von Active Directory, Microsoft 365 sowie Netzwerk- und Serverumgebungen
