## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemadministration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und der Administration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise in größeren und komplexen IT-Umgebungen.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen Microsoft-Betrieb (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI) sowie Identity & Access mit Microsoft 365 und Entra ID.
 * Erfahrung in der Analyse und Lösung komplexer IT-Störungen sowie ein gutes Verständnis zusammenhängender IT-Infrastrukturen.
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in hybriden und Cloud-Umgebungen sowie im Aufbau und Betrieb von PKI-Diensten.
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und Partnern sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

## Description

* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Microsoft-Infrastrukturen wie Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS und PKI.
 * Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb von IAM-Lösungen im Umfeld Microsoft 365 und Entra ID.
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen sowie systemische Weiterentwicklungen der Infrastruktur.
 * Mitarbeit an Infrastrukturprojekten wie Migrationen oder der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Berechtigungskonzepten.
 * Mitwirkung an Architektur- und Infrastrukturthemen mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum für eigene Ideen.
 * Fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Umsetzungspartnern.
