In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting agents, analysts, and professionals with the technology essential for combating terrorism, espionage, cyber threats, and major criminal activities. We are looking for candidates dedicated to delivering high-quality service, providing courteous and accurate technical assistance in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This position involves tasks related to the implementation, integration, and support of computer systems in a mission-critical response operations environment. This role involves a shift work schedule and an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be flexible in their availability. While we make every effort to accommodate individual preferences, it's essential to understand that specific shift requests are not guaranteed and are assigned based on operational needs.
