The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workforce Planning, Headcount Planning, Compensation Planning, Salary Planning, Position Planning, and HR budgeting/forecasting, along with strong SAC Planning capabilities., * Lead functional design and implementation of SAP SAC Planning solutions for HR/Workforce Planning. * Gather requirements from HR, Finance, Compensation, Talent, and business stakeholders. * Design SAC planning models for headcount, workforce, compensation, salary, benefits, and personnel costs. * Configure dimensions, hierarchies, versions, measures, attributes, and planning structures. * Develop Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, and planning workflows. * Build workforce planning scenarios including new hires, attrition, promotions, transfers, merit increases, bonuses, and salary adjustments. * Develop HR dashboards, planning stories, KPIs, and management reports. * Support annual budgeting, workforce forecasting, and long-range workforce planning. * Integrate SAC Planning with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and other HR/Finance systems. * Design data integration between HR master data, employee data, organizational structures, compensation data, and financial planning models. * Configure planning calendars, workflows, approvals, data locking, and version management. * Perform functional testing, UAT, data validation, reconciliation, and production support. * Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials. * Work closely with HR and Finance teams to align workforce plans with financial budgets and business objectives.
