## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
 * Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
 * Must be highly organized and display excellent leadership skills
 * Willing to travel domestically up to one week per month
 * 10 years automotive experience
 * 5 years of project or program management experience

 * Siemens PLM Team Center system knowledge for Program and/or Sales functions.
 * German and/or Spanish language skills
 * German Automotive experience

## Description

As a member of the Seating Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines.
Responsibilities

 * Manage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teams
 * Conduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverables
 * Monitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possible
 * Managing engineering changes for profit and loss of your program
 * Work with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectations
 * Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments
