Nice to Have * Experience with OpenMetadata, data catalogs, or observability platforms. * Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and how metadata can drive trust in AI. * Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for prototyping solutions. * Knowledge of modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.). * Familiarity with adjacent solutions (Alation, Collibra, Atlan, Datahub, etc.). ## Description Collate is looking for a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers. This role blends deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership. Your primary objective is to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion by driving adoption of the Collate platform, providing best practices, and helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Customer Solutions, Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate customer time-to-value, maximize product consumption, and help organizations mature their data practices with Collate.
