This is a remote-work position and will be based in the US in one of these states: Washington, Oregon, Texas or Arizona. This position will provide technical and functional support and security for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications. Main task of the position: 1. Manage Oracle access request tickets (Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OAC, Customer Portal, etc.) to support Oracle access provisioning and deprovisioning. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle access (roles and data security) issues and requests. 3. Maintain Oracle service accounts password database. 4. Maintain Oracle role master and global process owner documents. 5. Support and maintain Oracle BI report folder permissions. 6. Support Oracle user access requirements for assigned projects (integrations, new module implementations, etc.). 7. Interact with users and business owners to understand and educate them regarding access requests and access issues. 8. Facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing within the Oracle security team. 9. Manage all consultant user access/account requests. 10. Support Oracle access related requirements as part of our environment refresh process. 11. Support Sox requirements and controls for Oracle access related functions and ensure no deficiencies during a Sox Audit related to access., Handle incoming owner relations inquiries about revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log and follow up cases in a tracking system, build trusting client relationships, manage difficult situations calmly, provide accurate timely responses, and participate in cross-training.
