This role plays a critical part in monitoring the HRIS ticketing system, actively working tickets, and partnering with internal customers/stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled at diagnosing and resolving system and process challenges.
