## About the Role

10-15 years, of overall experience in BI, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Analytics, specializing in report and data migration projects.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Architecture, Data Modeling, DAX, Power BI Service).
 * Proven experience working with multiple BI platforms:
o MicroStrategy / Tableau / Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense)

 * Experience working on data migration or report migration projects, especially from legacy BI tools.
 * Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modeling.
 * Strong SQL skills for data analysis and performance tuning.
 * Experience in designing scalable and reusable BI frameworks and designing scalable BI solutions in cloud-based environments.
 * Ability to work independently and lead BI initiatives end-to-end.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

* Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale Power BI solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
 * Lead BI modernization, data migration, and report migration projects, including migration from legacy BI tools to Power BI.
 * Analyze existing reports and semantic models in MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Qlik, and map them to optimized Power BI equivalents, Tableau Cloud and Qlik cloud.
 * Define and enforce BI architecture standards, best practices, data modeling guidelines, and performance optimization strategies.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into robust BI solutions.
 * Develop and manage Power BI datasets, data models, DAX calculations, and advanced visualizations.
 * Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, security (RLS), and governance across BI solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to BI developers and analysts.
 * Participate in solution reviews, architectural discussions, and roadmap planning.
 * Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of BI solutions across environments.
