Desirable Experience * Experience with Databricks. * Exposure to PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or similar. * SAP experience, although this is not a pure SAP Business Analyst role. * Experience supporting data migration, master data management, or data governance programmes. Additional Context The programme involves analysing and aligning product data held across multiple systems. BOM data is primarily stored within SAP ECC, while more detailed product, ingredient, formulation, or substance-level information sits within a separate PLM platform. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at both the functional and detailed data level to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and delivered. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst with strong expertise across R&D, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes to support a major data and transformation programme. This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in FMCG, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health & Beauty organisations, where complex product structures, formulations, ingredients, and regulatory data are managed across ERP and PLM platforms. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, taking ownership of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, challenge assumptions, resolve issues independently, and drive requirements through to completion. * PLEASE NOTE.
