This is a hands-on development role within a small team supporting Tier 1, business-critical systems - the kind where your code is in production affecting live trading activity, not sitting in a backlog. You'll be developing new functionality to support deal capture and post-trade workflows, refactoring existing code to improve reliability and releasability, and working closely with traders and front-line support to respond quickly when things need fixing or changing.
