We're hiring our first Solutions Engineer to sit at the center of Bilt's Alliance and Enterprise Sales team. You'll be the technical counterpart to our Account Executives for large national property management companies - the person in the room who can answer any integration question, no matter which property management system or third-party platform is on the other side of the table. This is a build-the-function role. You'll own the technical story pre-sale and then stay with the partner through implementation: gathering API details, configuring integrations, and getting them fully launched and live. Roughly half your time is pre-sales - discovery, demos, solution design - and half is hands-on onboarding, much of it on-site with partners. If you like being the person who both wins the deal and makes it actually work, this is that job.
