## About the Role

* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

 * Experience with Windows and MacOS preferred, Linux experience a plus.

## Description

* Provide end-user support for a variety of computer operating systems such and Windows, MacOS and Linux.
 * Set up new computing hardware for end users.
 * Assist more senior IT staff with appropriate tasks, e.g. server installations.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

 * Setting up new computers for end users, including laptops and desktop workstations.
 * Handle ticketing system requests from end users for IT support.
 * Work on IT issues with other IT support team members.
 * This role requires to be full time in-office.
