## About the Role

Required:

 * Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
 * Experience with object-oriented programming (C#, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio) and data science (Python and Excel).
 * Ability to teach programming and web development.
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 * Ability to work cooperatively with all constituents.

Preferred:

 * Ph.D. and industry experience in software or web application development.
 * Experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
 * Familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, Razor Pages, and MVC frameworks.

## Description

The Department of Mathematics and Technology at Flagler College is seeking a part-time instructor to teach undergraduate courses in the Computer Information Systems (CIS) program. This position will be required to teach in person at the St. Augustine location.

Responsibilities include:

 * Delivering in-person instruction and demonstrations
 * Supporting hands-on programming labs and projects
 * Managing course materials and grading through Canvas
 * Holding limited office hours to support student learning
 * Maintaining high standards of academic integrity and engagement
