 * Hardware & Peripheral support
 * VIP User handling

## Description

* Good communication skills handling VIP and end users.
 * Hands on experience in hardware support (desktop /laptop, printers etc)
 * Printer installations
 * Conference room setup and testing
 * MAC OS setup and troubleshooting (important)
 * OS imaging using PXE, flash drive etc
 * Remote user support
 * Experience using ITSM tool
 * Ticket queue handling to adhere SLA commitments
 * Hardware inventory management
 * Win & Mac OS troubleshooting
 * Android & IOS support in configuring
 * Manage and Troubleshooting applications like outlook, excel etc
 * Work closely with offshore desktop engineering , helpdesk, IAM and other teams
 * Ready to work between both NYC and NJ locations as needed
