## Description

* Systemadministration: Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerke) einschließlich Microsoft Azure, Entra ID und Microsoft 365
 * IT-Support: Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs
 * IT-Infrastruktur & Security: Administration von Firewalls, Switches und Routern, Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur
 * IT-Projekte: Verantwortung für Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekte (z. B. Microsoft-Technologien, Einführung von KI-Lösungen, Netzwerktechnologien) sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
