This is an ideal position for an expert test application engineer, with excellent semiconductor testing background and knowledge of the V93000 ATE test system, mostly focusing on digital applications. Primary functions: * Supporting the development of advanced test programs for Advantest key customers with our V93000 SOC Series platform solutions in the Performance Digital business segment (HPC/AI applications). * Contributing to the definition, development, roll-out and utilization of Advantest's current and future advanced test solutions.
