 * Unterstützung von Fachbereichen und Anwendern (technischen Supports)
 * Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen Projekten innerhalb moderner Lager- und Logistiksysteme
 * Durchführung von Tests sowie Begleitung von Rollouts und Produktivsetzungen
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Organisation
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung logistischer Geschäftsprozesse
