## About the Role

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation. Alternativ bringen Sie ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit.
 * Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung, im Projektcontrolling, Einkaufssupport oder Projektmanagement Office (PMO) mit.
 * Projektstrukturen, Kostenstellen, Kontierungen sowie Bestell- und Freigabeprozesse sind Ihnen aus der Praxis vertraut.
 * Sie arbeiten sicher mit SAP und verfügen über gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (speziell Excel), insbesondere in der Auswertung und Aufbereitung umfangreicher Daten.
 * Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Zahlenaffinität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

## Description

* Sie betreuen kaufmännische Projektstrukturen und stellen die korrekte Zuordnung von Kontierungen, Kostenstellen und Projektkosten sicher.
 * Sie erstellen und bearbeiten Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen in SAP und verfolgen diese zuverlässig bis zum Abschluss.
Sie überwachen Bestellstatus, Kostenentwicklungen und Abweichungen und stimmen sich hierzu eng mit Controlling, Projektkaufleuten, Einkauf und den operativen Projektteams ab.

 * Sie erstellen und pflegen Auswertungen, Statuslisten, Forecasts und kaufmännische Projektübersichten.
 * Sie unterstützen bei Monatsabschlüssen sowie bei Forecast- und Budgetaktivitäten.
Sie sorgen für eine transparente Dokumentation und einheitliche kaufmännische Abläufe innerhalb der Projekte.

 * Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv an LEAN-Initiativen sowie an der Optimierung und Standardisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse mit.
