## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk und Clients)
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwareanfragen
 * Installation, Konfiguration sowie Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Fachanwendungen (z. B. ERP-, GIS- und Abrechnungssysteme)
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Digitalisierungsvorhaben
 * Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Pflege von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten
 * Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Schnittstellenmanagement
 * Erstellung und Pflege von System-, Prozess- und Störungsdokumentationen
