## Description

In preparation for upcoming projects, they are currently searching for a new Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant., * Own and manage the entire SAP SuccessFactors system - with a strong focus on Employee Central and EC Payroll

 * Lead and implement system changes, enhancements, and upgrades - from idea to go-live
 * Drive interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP
 * Ensure high-quality HR master data and stable core HR processes
 * Identify optimisation opportunities and improve HR workflows across the organisation
 * Run and support upgrade and improvement projects
 * Act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, confidently presenting ideas and solutions
 * Bring innovation: if you have a good idea, you're encouraged to build a business case and make it happen
