 * Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Informatik, Software-Engineering o. Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundiertem theoretischem Hintergrund.
 * Tech-Stack: Sichere Praxiskenntnisse im Backend (z. B. Java/Spring Boot oder Python) sowie im Frontend (z. B. React oder Angular). Vertrautheit mit moderner Containerisierung, automatisierten Deployments und Daten-Streaming.
 * KI-Affinität: Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungs-Tools (KI-gestützte Coding-Assistenten) sowie in der Anbindung und Orchestrierung gängiger KI-Schnittstellen (APIs/LLMs).
 * Kommunikation: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließendes Englisch für die erfolgreiche Abstimmung innerhalb einer internationalen Unternehmensstruktur.
