Auswahlermittlung und aktive Installation von IOT-Sensorik für unseren IOT-Hub auf Basis MS-Fabrics

 - Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten zur Einbindung von GLT-Systemen in den IOT-Hub
 - Proaktive Erstellung von Berechnungsmodellen im Themengebiet von Predictive Maintenance (AI) ## Profil - Idealerweise technische Ausbildung mit Fortbildung als Fachwirt Facility Management oder Bachelor Facility Management gepaart mit einer sehr hohen IT-Affinität
 - Voraussetzung sind Kenntnisse über IOT-Sensorik, Gateways und ein technisches Verständnis für verschiedene Gewerke notwendig
 - Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Microsoft Fabric und dem Microsoft IOT-HUB
 - Erste Kenntnisse im Power-BI Umfeld wären wünschenswert.
 - Idealerweise Kenntnisse in FM Dienstleisterprozesse gepaart mit SAP / Planon
 - Deutschkenntnisse min. C1 Level / Englischkenntnisse B2 Level
 - Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit ## Wir bieten - Bis zu 35 Urlaubstage
