## Description

* Annahme, Dokumentation und Klassifizierung aller internen Anfragen zu IT- und Telekommunikationsthemen im zentralen Ticketsystem

Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem
Bearbeitung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen telefonisch, per Remote-Support oder persönlich vor Ort in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen
Selbstständige Behebung von IT-Störungen oder Abstimmung mit nachgelagerten Instanzen
Administration der Client-Umgebung, insbesondere Installation von Betriebssystemen und Applikationen
Sicherstellung des einwandfreien Funktionierens der betrieblichen Routineoperationen
Monitoring und Entstörung der Produktionsdrucker
