## About the Role

* University degree in IT, Data Analytics or equivalent education
 * 3-5 years of experience in a similar BI, data analytics or reporting role
 * Strong experience with SQL, data modelling, data integration and analytics/reporting platforms.
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI is highly desirable.
 * Excellent SQL and data processing skills, including Python (primarily PySpark), as well as Power BI report and dashboard development.
 * Work experience in an international environment with remote collaboration is a plus
 * Excellent English skills; German skills are not required.
 * Available to come to the Wiesbaden office at least 2 days per week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 * Join our European Planning Team within the Consumer Electronic division and help turn complex business data into clear, trusted insights for well-known product areas such as audio, cameras, personal care and kitchen appliances.
 * Develop and enhance Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse architectures, semantic models, data integration processes and data engineering workflows that form the foundation of Panasonic Europe's reporting and analytics platform.
 * Design, develop and maintain management reports, interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI, enabling business stakeholders across Europe to make informed, data-driven decisions.
 * Drive automation and reporting excellence through Python-based solutions, data quality management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reliability.
 * Partner closely with business stakeholders to support reporting, planning and forecasting processes while contributing to the future development of Panasonic Europe's data and analytics capabilities.
