## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Release Management, idealerweise innerhalb komplexer Software- oder IT-Landschaften

 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Automatisierungstools wie Jenkins oder GitLab CI
 * Praxiserfahrung in der Erstellung von Release Notes und technischer Dokumentation
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

* Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung umgebungsübergreifender Software-Releases innerhalb des Produkt-Teams
 * Verantwortung für Release-Pläne sowie Moderation von Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle für relevante Stakeholder sowie transparente Kommunikation von KPIs, Projektergebnissen und Release-Status
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner, skalierbarer und CI/CD-orientierter Release-Prozesse
 * Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Automatisierungen
 * Erstellung einer vollständigen, verständlichen und zielgruppengerechten Release-Dokumentation und Release Notes, bei Bedarf mit Unterstützung durch GenAI
 * Steuerung der zielgruppengerechten Release-Kommunikation
 * Aufbereitung, Analyse und Visualisierung relevanter Daten sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
