* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste Berufserfahrung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Systemadministrator oder Vergleichbares wünschenswert

 * Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung, idealerweise mit VMware
 * Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilungssystemen, Firewalls oder Nextcloud von Vorteil
 * Interesse an modularen Open-Source-IT-Systemen sowie deren Integration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig, strukturiert und vorausschauend zu arbeiten

## Description

* Betreuung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie per Fernwartung
 * Remote-Support bei der Installation und Wartung der angebundenen Windows-Clients
 * Eigenständige Fehleranalyse und Entwicklung dokumentierter Lösungsvorschläge oder qualifizierte Übergabe an den 3rd-Level-Support
 * Durchführung von Softwaretests zur Qualitätssicherung
 * Mitarbeit an der internen Wissensdatenbank und Aufbereitung wiederkehrender Lösungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Präsentationen
