## About the Role

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Kubernetes-Plattformen (Managed oder Self-Hosted) sowie tiefes Verständnis von Cloud-nativen Architekturen, Security und Skalierung.
 * Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science oder vergleichbar), idealerweise mit überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen und starkem technischen Fokus.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Crossplane sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Kyverno; sicher im Umgang mit Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps-Patterns und Container-Technologien wie Docker.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sodass Du Dich sicher in internationalen und deutschsprachigen Teams bewegst und komplexe technische Inhalte klar kommunizierst.
 * Eine proaktive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist sowie die Leidenschaft, unsere Plattform mit neuen Ideen, sauberer Automation und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch stetig besser zu machen.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Betrieb, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unseres Managed Kubernetes Services - mit klarem Fokus auf Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Performance.
 * Du entwickelst und betreibst automatisierte Abläufe für Provisionierung, Betrieb und Rollout unserer Kubernetes-Plattform sowie cloud-nativer Services - unter Einsatz von Tools wie GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD (GitOps) und Crossplane (IaC).
 * Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams für Managed Observability und Managed PostgreSQL zusammen, berätst bei Deployments cloud-nativer Anwendungen und unterstützt Kolleg:innen in Fragen zu Kubernetes, CI/CD und Infrastruktur-Automatisierung.
 * Du planst und implementierst Updates, Security-Patches und neue Produktversionen für unseren Managed Kubernetes Service und stellst so einen sicheren, hochverfügbaren und modernen Plattformbetrieb sicher.
 * Du etablierst und pflegst Richtlinien und Security-Standards auf der Plattform - unter anderem mit Kyverno - und treibst die technologische Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Tool-Stacks aktiv voran.
