## About the Role

* Experience managing multiple managed service providers.
 * Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practice.
 * Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
 * Own Major Incident Management processes and supplier escalations.
 * Drive ITIL service management practices across Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
 * Ensure supplier performance against SLAs, OLAs and contractual commitments.
 * Produce service reporting and support governance, audit and risk management activities.

Desirable

 * Experience within Utilities, regulated industries, or critical infrastructure environments.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and service resilience.

## Description

* Manage end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
 * Act as the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 * Own Major Incident Management, including participation in an on-call rota.
 * Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives across services.
 * Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
 * Produce service reporting and manage service-related risks.
 * Build strong relationships across technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
