Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platformsConduct user research, analyse insights and translate findings into intuitive user journeysCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders throughout the design processDevelop and maintain user-centred design solutions that balance customer needs with business objectivesFacilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvementsEnsure consistency across products through the application of design systems and best practicePresent design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and claritySupport continuous optimisation of customer experiences through data-driven design decisionsSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a UX Designer within the online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or gambling sectorStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and end-to-end
