## About the Role

* 2+ years' experience in Application Support
 * Strong SQL/database and troubleshooting skills
 * Experience analysing and debugging technical issues
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
 * A willingness to learn new technologies

Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL Server, SharePoint, BI applications, APIs or cloud technologies would be advantageous.

## Description

You'll investigate and resolve technical issues, analyse and debug applications, work with SQL and relational databases, support business users, and provide root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. You'll also liaise with development teams and third-party providers where required.
