## About the Role

* Apprentice trained or NVQ Diploma in Information Technology or similar subject

 * Previous experience working in a Microsoft ITIL environment

 * Proficient with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Intune

 * Confident speaking with a wide range of corporate clients

 * Capable of resolving technical problems efficiently and professionally

 * Passionate about expanding knowledge of further IT systems and software applications

## Description

This varied position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of IT operating systems and customer facing software applications, whilst acting as first point of contact for a plethora of high-profile clients., * Act as primary point of contact for all initial IT incidents and enquiries

 * Keep track of incoming tickets raised via the systems, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner

 * Support end users with a range of tasks, including but not limited to password resets, 365 onboarding, account set ups and decommissioning

 * Support the wider IT services team with the set up and configuration of new hardware and software systems

 * Carry out all 1st fix diagnosis and troubleshooting on IT systems and hardware, escalating more complex issues to senior team members

 * Adhere to daily/weekly SLA targets, whilst working on side projects to identify time saving initiatives
