## About the Role

a range of ICT systems and applications. Monitor and maintain data accuracy across waste service systems. Work collaboratively with operational and administrative teams to improve service delivery. Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Council policies, procedures and relevant legislation. Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, data protection, equality, diversity and inclusion requirements. Attend mandatory training and participate in development activities relevant to the role. Provide additional support to Waste Data Assistants and wider service areas as required. About You We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills who can thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment. Essential Skills & Experience Excel confidence is essential. Experience working within a fast-paced, customer-facing service environment. Strong IT skills with experience using a variety of systems and software packages. Ability to produce,
interpret and analyse reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build positive working relationships and effective partnerships. Strong customer service focus. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances and service needs. Desirable Previous experience within Domestic or Commercial Waste Operations. Knowledge of waste management, recycling services and relevant legislation. Experience supporting service performance, compliance or operational reporting functions. Must hold Full UK Driving License, access to their own vehicle. An Excel test will be part of the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
