## About the Role

* 2 years + experience managing a helpdesk
 * Strong staff management skills
 * Experience manging multiple sets of contract KPI's
 * Strong communication skills
 * Desirable - experience managing a PFI or BSF Helpdesk

## Description

We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager to manage a large team based in Stoke on Trent. Looking after multiple helpdesk teams, you will be responsible for the end to end service delivery of each team as well as team management and development.

A large portion of the contracts are within Healthcare and Education so the role includes financial management of PFI contracts, as a result accurate reporting and document control are key.

Duties of the role include:

 * Managing several Helpdesk teams, individually responsible for different contracts
 * Responsibly for the service and KPI delivery of all helpdesk teams
 * Staff management and development
 * Reporting and KPI tracking on each contract
 * Operational and Financial Management of all contracts
 * Accurate document control
 * Understanding the specific needs of each customer, and their individual financial parameters contractually
