* Proven experience as a Senior Digital designer Designer (agency or product background) with a strong portfolio spanning multiple platforms demonstrating your brand thinking and crafted executions..
 * Clearly show your discovery phases and how they informed the direction you took a brand in digitally.
 * A sharp eye for UI craft: distinctive digital design, interaction, design systems, templating, and atomic design.
 * Comfort with Figma, FigJam, Miro and other collaboration tools.
 * Experience with motion and animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Jitter) to enhance user experiences.
 * A track record of mentoring, presenting, and influencing clients and colleagues with confidence and clarity.
