Knowledge & Skills * Strong understanding of business systems, service management and operational support. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. * Knowledge of system governance, risk management and change control. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Understanding of front-line operational systems. * Knowledge of care systems such as Nourish, Radar or similar platforms would be advantageous. * Experience within health, social care or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial., * Degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience within IT, Business Systems, Digital Services, Business Analysis or a related discipline. ## Description You'll be responsible for ensuring our systems reflect evolving business needs and remain reliable, effective and future-focused, while leading a team that provides high-quality support to colleagues across the organisation. From troubleshooting complex issues and managing system improvements to leading strategic change initiatives, you'll play a key role in driving organisational efficiency and supporting frontline care delivery.
