Desirable Skills * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. * Knowledge of APIs, REST services, JSON, or web technologies. * Experience with PowerShell or basic scripting. * Exposure to CI/CD, application deployment, or DevOps environments. * Knowledge of monitoring tools and application performance management. * ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting ERP, CRM, finance, HR, or other enterprise applications. ## Description We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Application Support Analyst to join our IT team.
