Desirable * ITIL Foundation certification. * Microsoft Intune, Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar certifications. * Experience within highly regulated environments. * Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. * Experience supporting hybrid working environments and collaboration technologies. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll provide end-to-end support across mobile technologies, desktop services, workplace devices, and end-user computing environments, ensuring employees have secure, reliable access to the tools they need to succeed. What you'll be doing As a Workplace Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining workplace technology services across the organisation. Working with internal stakeholders, service providers, and end users, you'll help deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
